1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pgs88 platform and Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which You must satisfy on a continuing basis for the duration of Your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pgs88 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. If at any point We have reason to believe that You are under 21, We reserve the right to immediately suspend Your Account pending age verification, and to void any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage access.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed, localised, and operated for the Indonesian market. Residents of certain other jurisdictions may be prohibited from accessing the Platform under their local laws; it is Your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in Your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be acting under the direction of any third party in operating Your Account.
• Not a pgs88 employee: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of pgs88 or any of its affiliated companies or third-party game providers are not eligible to hold a member account or participate in real-money play.
• Self-exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from pgs88 or any affiliated platform. If You have previously requested self-exclusion and that period has not expired, You are not eligible to register a new account or access the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money Services on pgs88, You must register a member account. The registration process requires You to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the pgs88 platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pgs88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonus balances, and, at its discretion, withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials, including Your username and password. pgs88 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. 3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during Your membership is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Should Your personal details change — including Your residential address, contact number, or bank account details — You are obligated to update Your account information promptly. pgs88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any change to Your registered details.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pgs88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all member accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may also be triggered at any point during the lifetime of Your account based on transaction volumes, bonus activity, or internal risk assessment protocols.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, You will be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document. For Indonesian residents, an Indonesian National ID card (KTP) is the preferred document. A valid passport is also accepted.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing Your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

pgs88 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Pending wagers and gameplay are not affected by an ongoing KYC review unless pgs88 determines that a specific risk concern requires temporary account restriction.

4.3 Refusal to Verify

If You refuse to provide the required KYC documentation, or if the documentation provided is determined to be fraudulent, manipulated, or insufficient, pgs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your account. In cases of confirmed identity fraud, all balances — including real-money deposits and any winnings — may be withheld pending further investigation and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pgs88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pgs88 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

5.1 Deposits

pgs88 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to Your account in real time upon confirmed receipt by pgs88. pgs88 does not impose a fee on deposits; however, Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pgs88 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in Your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared bank accounts, accounts held in a different name, or anonymous payment methods — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and Your account being flagged for review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless pgs88 authorises an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. pgs88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for all standard requests following successful KYC verification. Complex requests or those flagged for additional review may take up to 48 hours.

pgs88 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own transfer charges. pgs88 recommends confirming Your provider's outbound transfer fees before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.3 Failed or Returned Transactions

In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails or is returned by the receiving institution, pgs88 will make reasonable efforts to notify You and re-process the transaction where technically feasible. pgs88 accepts no liability for delays caused by the technical systems of third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pgs88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any specific bonus terms communicated at the point of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to members who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the applicable bonus terms. Until that requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• pgs88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular wagering patterns, or any activity designed to exploit a promotional offer in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pgs88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and coordinated promotional exploitation. Where abuse is identified, pgs88 reserves the right to void all associated winnings derived from abusive activity, close the offending account, and, where fraud is involved, report the matter to appropriate authorities. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: reverse-engineered low-risk wagering to extract bonus value, use of bots or automated betting tools, and coordination between multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements across accounts.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game rounds placed through pgs88 are subject to these Terms and the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, You confirm Your acceptance of the applicable product rules as published on the Platform.

7.1 Sportsbook

Sports betting markets on pgs88 cover pre-match and live in-play events across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and additional markets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available across eligible markets. All bets are final once confirmed by the system. pgs88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error, where odds were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical malfunction, or where the relevant sporting event is subsequently declared void by the governing body.

7.2 Live Casino

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, pgs88's system will record the last confirmed game state. Bets placed on a round prior to disconnection are settled according to the outcome of that round as determined by the dealer and the game server log. pgs88 accepts no liability for disconnections caused by Your internet service provider or device.

7.3 Slots and RNG Games

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgs88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or ongoing account management process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and must be returned.

• Posting, transmitting, or uploading any content through the Platform that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pgs88 Platform — including but not limited to the pgs88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, text, and software — is the property of pgs88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pgs88. Any unauthorised use of pgs88 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgs88 shall not be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network infrastructure;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content provided by third-party studios, including incorrect odds, RTP disclosures, or game rule descriptions;
• Unauthorised access to Your account resulting from Your failure to maintain the confidentiality of Your login credentials;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to losses on sports bets, live casino games, slots, Domino QQ, or Sic Bo rounds.

pgs88's aggregate liability to You for any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into Your pgs88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

pgs88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Confirmed use of a prohibited automated tool or bot;
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction or closure;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is a pgs88 employee or immediate family member of an employee.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pgs88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance — net of any pending bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to You via Your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

pgs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
